Warm knit sweater and Hunter boots – My fall outfit at the sea in England
Actually it is no problem for me to create a fall outfit. I get myself a cosy knit sweater and a pair of cool boots, or especially my very cool HUNTER boots and my fall look is finished. But if you plan a day at the sea, you should dress up more warmingly. Layering is the magical fashion word for this. This is practical, if you want to finish your walk in a nice café. You just have to wear a pretty dress under the knit sweater and this is perfect for an afternoon with hot chocolate and cake.
We spent a very relaxing afternoon at the sea in England, more specifically at the Botany Bay in Kent.
There were just a few people and it was something magical about the place. The steep chalk cliffs are really impressive and all over there were polished chalk cliff bits, perfect for messages at our note board at home for the future. And if I become a teacher, I already have chalk for the first twenty years of my lessons. This was a joke!
We didn’t know that my fall outfit would match the landscape of the Botany Bay so well. But the green of my HUNTER boots fit perfectly to the moss on the cliffs. I looked like a small moss lady in rubber boots. I nearly disappeared in the landscape. 😉
The cosy knit sweater with fringes and plait pattern was keeping me really warm and this was very important because of the wind at the coast of Southern England. We just walked to the Kingsgate Castle and talked a lot. Long walks are really good to free your mind. In every respect, from outside and inside. The fall wind blows away bad moods and also bad hair. 😉
A cosy fall outfit is really important for me and also had dry feet because of my great HUNTER boots from Gummistiefelexperte. And I also want to look stylish on such a walk, you never know, whom you will meet. Kingsgate Castle sounded good in this case…
But there was no king, so also no royal place setting, but very classic Fish&Chips.
With my HUNTER boots I may have not matched the dress code there, but at the fish stand in Ramsgate this was no problem. And it was tasty. We think, Fish&Chips belong to a completed England journey. 🙂
I am fascinated of the different British landscapes again and again. And everywhere there is randomly a castle. In the Kingsgate Castle there are flats now. Not bad, right? But now back to the fall outfit. About this season I love, that often a knit sweater is enough and that I am able to wear my HUNTER boots many more times. In winter rubber boots will have a break, when there is snow, ice and coldness.
The colour spots in this outfit match perfectly the HUNTER logo, I really like such highlights.
By the way for a fall walk you don’t need to go to the British coast, also a trip to a near lake or river is enough. The places, which are way to full in summer, may be different in fall. Try it, maybe you will discover your summer faves in another way. And at the same time you can collect some stones or branches for your fall decoration. Also our rooms do want a fall look, don’t they?
But you will get some more impressions from England, stay strong. 😉
Kingsgate Bay and Botany Bay aren’t far away from Ramsgate and they are also reachable via bus. In summer the beaches may be not that empty, but in fall you only meet some dog owners. Partly dogs are not allowed on British beaches in summer. From the end of September they can go back to the sand and the animals and their owners are enjoying this then. It was so great to watch how the dogs ran through the sand and watched each other. I could’ve watched this for hours. 😉
With a bit more striking make-up and a fancy wig you would have been ready for Halloween, just in case. I wish you an evening full of sweets and with less sour things. Muhahaha… 😉

Ich kann dir nur Recht geben – der Ort an den Klippen ist magisch! Wirklich, ich saß gerade einfach hier und habe die Bilder angeschaut und geträumt. Mich faszinieren solche Orte. An denen die Natur wahre Wunderwerke erschafft. Und irgendwie fesselt mich das grün im Kontrast zur hellen Klippe! Und die Wolken machen alle so mystisch, hach ich weiß auch nicht, es sind einfach wahnsinnig tolle Fotos! 🙂
Dein Outfit passt vielleicht nicht zu Halloween – aber für den Herbst und deine Kulisse perfekt! DIe Hunter Stiefel sehen toll aus! Wenn ich irgendwann mal einen eigenen Garten besitze, werden die ganz sicher auch meine erste Anschaffung hihi 🙂

ja dieser Ort war so schön und ich träume mich immer wieder dahin, wenn ich die Bilder anschaue. 🙂 Es hat alles gestimmt, das Wetter, die Wolken und wir haben unseren Familientripp nach England sehr genossen.
Naja, ich wollte irgendwie Halloween erwähnen, wenn ich schon am 31.10. einen Post veröffentliche, aber du hast natürlich Recht, das Outfit wäre wahrscheinlich nicht so passend. Ha, ha…
Ich träume ja auch von einer HUNTER Sammlung, die haben so schöne Farben. Meine allerersten habe ich auch aufgehoben, obwohl sie nicht mehr passen. Sind eine schöne Deco in unserem Hausflur. 😉

Ein wirklich richtig tolles Herbstoutfit! Ich bin auch schon länger am überlegen, ob ich mir mal Hunter Boots zulegen sollte – gerade bei diesem Matschwetter kann das ja nie verkehrt sein.

Erstmal WOW! Ich weiß gerade nicht wo ich anfangen soll, aber diese Bilder – oh mein Gott! Dieser Post ist von all deinen Post auf jeden Fall der mit den geilsten Bildern! Also deine anderen Bilder finde ich auch immer super, aber die sind jetzt einfach mal der Hammer, und zwar alle! Die Outfitbilder fand ich schon super, aber dann kam die Castle und ich dachte nur: „absolutes Lieblingsbild!“ Aber dann kam das aller letzte Bild und ich dachte nur „OHHH MEEEEEIN GOOOOOOOT wie schön!“ Hat dein Papa die Bilder gemacht? So so schön!! Wow. Okay. Sorry. Musste ich kurz loswerden. Aber ich wollte eigentlich sagen, dass ich dein Outfit richtig schön finde! Der Pulli trifft total meinen Geschmack. Dachte erst das wäre ein Poncho, hihi. Aber echt mega schön. Den würde ich mir auch glatt kaufen!

Die Bilder hat alle Papi gemacht, aber die Landschaft dort war einfach einmalig und das Licht… Da komme ich gleich wieder ins Schwärmen. 🙂 Unsere Stimmung war auch so toll, ein wirklich wahnsinnig schöner Moment mit meiner Familie. Wahrscheinlich merkt man das den Bildern an. Ich überlege mir auch schon ein paar der Bilder auszudrucken und zu Rahmen, sie würden gut an meine Wand passen. 🙂
Ja, der Pullover wirkt ein bisschen wie ein Poncho, deshalb mag ich ihn auch besonders gern. Ein richtiger Herbstpulli! 🙂

ja, perfekter als Dein Herbstoutfit kann sich sicher kein Outfit in die Landschaft einfügen! Gefällt mir super und auch wenn Deine Hunter neu sind, bin ich doch beeindruckt, wie gut sie aussehen, denn meine Hunter sind durch das viele Tragen leider doch recht hergenommen. Dabei habe ich mittlerweile bereits das 3. Paar, da ich zwei Paare durchgelaufen habe 🙂
Auf jeden Fall siehst Du super aus, mit Deinem kuscheligen Strickoutfit samt Rock und Hunters – und Dein Fotograf hat eh wieder ein großes Kompliment verdient!
